Cloning is the process in which a new individual can be produce without parents(no gamates required) it can be done by a somatic cell of an organism,the individual produce having identical physical and genetical characters .
Dolly was the first cloned animal (sheep) in the world developed in 1997 . Dolly was the true copy of that sheep whose somatic cells are taken to make embryo. as this process has advantage that we can produce organisms having desirable characters but due to its disadvantages it is banned on humans because the organism produce have no any difference even fingerprints are also same.
